The candidates were mentally disturbed while writing the exam," the girl's father added.,Several girls wept as they "cut their hooks" to write the exam.,"The mental state of these children was disturbed, and they could not attend the exam comfortably," the letter of the girl's father to the police concluded.。《通告》称，为保障消费者合法权益，保障三亚市重大赛事、会展节庆、文旅演艺、大型峰会等重大活动平稳有序举办，持续净化旅游文化市场环境，严厉打击住宿行业经营者借客流激增之机实施哄抬价格、价外加价、价格欺诈等价格违法行为，现面向社会公开征集相关问题线索。 一、线索征集范围 全市范围内，在重大活动筹备、举办及后续客流高峰期内，各酒店、宾馆、民宿等住宿经营主体的价格违法行为。 二、重点征集价格违法线索 1.经营者相互串通，操纵市场价格； 2.捏造、散布涨价信息，哄抬价格，推动房价过高上涨； 3.恶意囤房锁房、下架线上正常房源，等待临近活动日期高价抛售，扰乱客房价格监测秩序； 4.在房费之外，违规加收未公示的清洁费、加床费、服务费、节假日溢价、停车费等附加费用，强制捆绑保险、接送、旅拍等增值服务； 5.消费者通过线上平台、线下渠道完成预订并支付房款后，商家单方面无故取消订单，以装修、房屋改造、房源出错等理由逼迫客人退单后重新高价预订； 6.入住现场临时要求加价，单方面变更预订价格、房型标准，变相强制消费者接受涨价方案。 7.以低价诱骗消费者，以高价进行结算； 8.线上平台标价与线下前台结算价格不一致，使用阴阳价目表、虚构原价、虚假打折、模糊标注退改规则； 9.销售房间时，使用欺骗性、误导性的语言、文字、数字、图片或者视频等标示价格以及其他价格信息； 10.通过积分、礼券、兑换券、代金券等折抵价款时，拒不按约定折抵价款； 11.其他价格违法情形。 三、线索提交要求 (一)线索应该包含如下信息： 1.违法违规行为发生的具体时间、地点、基本事实。
二 | 2.相关证据材料(如涉及经营主体名称、照片、视频、录音、交易记录、付款凭证、票据、聊天记录等)。 3.线索提供者的真实姓名及有效联系方式。 (二)线索有下列情形之一的，将不予受理： 1.违法违规行为发生地不在本市行政区域内的； 2.违法违规行为发生时间距线索提供时间超过90天的； 3.线索信息不明确的，或无相关证据材料的； 4.依法依规不予受理的其他情形。 四、线索提供途径 线索可通过以下途径提供： (一)海南省12345政务服务便民热线 (二)“三亚放心游”平台(微信公众号、小程序、支付宝小程序) 五、线索提供奖励 (一)凡提供相关违法违规线索，经受理后查证，符合《三亚市旅游市场违法经营行为举报奖励办法》规定的奖励条件的，均将予以奖励。 (二)各相关单位及其工作人员将对线索提供者的信息严格保密，凡对线索提供者进行打击报复的，将依法从严、从重惩处。 《通告》称，良好的旅游环境离不开大家的共同守护，如您发现以上相关违法违规行为，请主动提供相关线索，三亚市旅游服务中心将依法依规核查处置，全力打造安全安心、放心、舒心的旅游市场环境。
