三 | 兴城市纪委监委立足“监督的再监督”职责定位，将燃气管道“带病运行”作为当前监督重点，发挥协作区监督合力，聚焦隐患排查、问题整改等关键环节，全方位、无死角地开展监督检查，不断释放安全领域违纪违法必究、失职失责必问的强烈信号，守护群众生命财产安全，切实绘好兴城市燃气“安全图”。 兴城市纪委监委在监督检查中发现，兴城市河东路与兴海北路、兴海南路之间路段燃气管线存在防腐层严重老化现象，工作人员第一时间深入住建部门了解情况，针对燃气管道设施“带病运行”问题下发监察建议书，督促住建部门对管道漏气点进行盖板补焊，并将该段管网列入管网改造计划。目前，该路段管道改造前期探坑监测及铺设管道材料采购工作已完毕，铺设管道工作也已展开。
四 | 兴城市纪委监委会同住建部门、燃气企业对潜在风险进行研判，督促责任单位对发现的隐患问题立即整改，确保燃气安全责任落实到位、排查整改到位、宣传教育到位，不断扩大综合整治效应。 安全责任重如山。兴城市纪委监委将持续加大监督力度，进一步压紧压实责任链条，对敷衍塞责、庸懒散拖、消极整改等行为进行严肃追责问责，坚决筑牢安全防线。
