让“新力量”有“新作为”，济南举办首届新就业群体技能大赛，287人同台竞技_我的网站

In a recent interview with PeepingMoon, Abhishek Bachchan spoke warmly about how Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has helped their daughter Aaradhya understand the world of fame in a healthy way. He said Aishwarya has always taught her the importance of respecting the film industry. According to him, "Aishwarya has instilled a great respect in Aaradhya towards the film industry and what we do. She has taught her that we are what we are because of what the films and audience have given this to us."          Abhishek said that Aaradhya, now 14, is growing into a confident teenager with her own personality. He shared that she has strong viewpoints but expresses them thoughtfully. "She has an opinion. She is a very sure teenager… she has a wonderful way of conveying everything," he said. Despite growing up in one of the most talked-about film families, Aaradhya stays away from online chatter. Abhishek revealed that she does not have a mobile phone and only uses the internet for school work. "She is 14 years old and she doesn't have a phone… that’s something we had decided a long time ago," he explained. Her friends contact her through Aishwarya’s phone, and she prefers spending time on studies and research over scrolling through apps.          When asked whether Aaradhya ever comes across rumours about her parents, Abhishek said she does not pay attention to such things and knows not to trust everything online. "She won't believe anything that she reads. Her mother has taught her not to believe everything that she reads," he said.     Abhishek also spoke about their family values, saying their home runs on honesty. "Like my parents were with me, we are completely honest with the family," he said, adding that this removes any space for doubt. He also confirmed old reports that he quit smoking and drinking when Aishwarya was pregnant, saying, "I have stopped both of these, sadly… I don't touch them at all."Also Read: Is Abhishek Bachchan Willing to Remake Amitabh Bachchan’s Movies?。          　　近日，济南市委社会工作部、市总工会、市人力资源社会保障局、市交通运输局、市商务局、市市场监管局、市邮政管理局等七部门共同举办2026年济南市新就业群体职业技能大赛。     　　本次大赛是济南市总工会提出的2026年度关爱服务新就业群体实事项目之一，也是济南市首次在市级层面面向新就业群体集中举办的职业技能大赛。大赛设置网约车司机、网约配送员、快递员、网络主播四个赛道，通过理论考核与实操演练，全面检验参赛者专业综合素养，在逐级推荐的基础上，全市共88支代表队、287名一线新就业群体同台竞技，其中，网络主播赛道广泛对接区县特色产品资源，采取线上直播带货与线下实景展销相结合的方式，实现主播技能提升与属地产业增收双向赋能。     　　大赛共评出个人奖36名、团体奖18名、优秀组织奖33名，一批业务精湛、服务规范、作风优良的行业先锋脱颖而出。大赛个人一等奖获得者可认定为“济南市技术能手”，获得一次性奖励3000元，并授予相应职业技能等级证书，优先纳入济南市新就业群体“泉城星光”选树范围，同时按程序申报认定为济南市新业态高层次人才，享受在住房保障、子女入学、医疗保健、交通出行、家庭服务等方面相应政策待遇，通过政策激励进一步强化正向示范引领，在全市新就业群体中营造比学赶超、争先创优的浓厚氛围。     　　下一步，济南市委社会工作部将联合行业主管部门、新就业群体协会，聚焦新就业群体“温暖之城”建设，常态化开展技能比武、岗位练兵等活动，持续挖掘培育新就业群体中的技能骨干、先进典型，为建设“强新优富美高”新时代社会主义现代化强省会贡献“新”力量。
